Miranda is crazy. Or at least that is the opinion of her husband, her make up person, and all the rest of the employees of the television channel where Miranda has a sort of variety show with a really bad audience rating. Miranda thinks that her young good-looking husband has a lover but she is wrong. He has a whole bevy of them and will throw himself at any skirt that walks by. The station manager, a mediocre and unscrupulous scoundrel (that would be a hero of our times) wants to liven up Miranda’s show a little: he adds a gossip section that spies on well-known celebrities and a contest "What do you do?". To complicate things even more, Marta Peña, an old actress making a comeback, turns up on the show absolutely furious with Miranda
