Three young gays - CARLOS, TONI, and DANI - share an apartment in the middle of town. In spite of the fact that all of them have jobs, they are two months behind in the rent and the landlord is threatening to throw them out when the contract is up. So they decide to rent out one of the rooms to try to catch up with the back rent.

They interview prospective roommates until they find the ideal candidate: LUCAS, a goodlooking guy with lots of attractive qualities and a few secrets. Although all three of them are hot for him, they make a pact among themselves to do nothing about it in order to maintain their friendship and harmony.
