Carmen Utrilla is one of the main casting directors in Spain. She is in change of the casting area in BocaBoca. Carmen was responsible of the casting of TV shows such "El comisario", "Al salir de clase", "Farmacia de guardia", and movies as "Princesas", "El palo", "Nos miran", "Planta 4ª and "La hora de los valientes".

She has also discovered some of the most promising and famous faces of the national cinema and television, such as Malena Alterio, Elsa Pataky, Hugo Silva, Leonor Watling, Félix Gómez, Carlos Sobera, Alejo Sauras, Leticia Dolera or Fran Perea.

In 2008, the casting department works as an independent area in the company. As a result, the casting area has been working for other cinema and television company productions, such as Boomerang (Ida y Vuelta), Nova TV, Magnolia or Sony Spain, among others.
